What we collect,
and why.

We collect only what you give us, when you give it to us.

If you join the waitlist: your name and email.

If you write to us through the “Ask a question” form: your name, email, and the message you write.

We do not use analytics, cookies, or third-party tracking on this website. There is no advertising. There are no pixels.

When you use the Kaero app, your evening debrief text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI for processing. This text is used to generate your AI response and update your Inner Portrait. The raw debrief text is permanently deleted after processing and is never stored in our database. Only the compressed Inner Portrait (a summary document about your patterns and growth) is retained in your account. Anthropic processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and does not use your inputs for model training.

Waitlist signups are kept so we can write to you when Kaero is ready for you to use, and occasionally between now and then if we have something worth sharing.

Questions sent through the form arrive in our inbox so we can read them and reply to you.

We do not use your data for any other purpose.

To operate this site we use a small number of services that store data on our behalf:

• Resend (resend.com), based in the United States, delivers the emails sent through the question form to our inbox.
• MailerLite (mailerlite.com), based in Lithuania, stores waitlist signups so we can email subscribers when the product is ready.
• Vercel (vercel.com), based in the United States, hosts the website and serves it to your browser.

These services act as processors of your data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than what is described above.

Waitlist signups: kept until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the waitlist.

Questions sent through the form: kept in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

The services we use to operate this site are based outside the United Kingdom (in the United States and Lithuania). When you submit data through this site, it may be transferred to and processed in those countries. These transfers are protected by the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

If we update this notice, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers.
