I spent years setting the same intentions and watching them dissolve. Not because I lacked ambition, but because I had no system that held me to my own standard when no one was watching.

Every tool I tried either forgot me by the next session or reduced my evolution to streaks and points. I wanted something that actually learned who I was, reflected it back with honesty, and quietly guided me toward the person I kept saying I wanted to become.
